Google launches a new console for developers

Google LogoGoogle has announced via the Google Code blog, the new “Console API that allows developers to manage all their projects related to the giant’s many APIs.

At the same time, Google announced the replacement of APIs “Web Search API” and “Translate API with new API. This replacement will take place over 3 years.
The new API search “Custom Search API adds support for syndication in JSON and Atom formats.

According to the note of the announcement, the new console allow to create and manage project teams and share the APIs interaction parameters

It will also provide to developers the capabilities for further analysis on the use of APIs from Web sites and applications allowing, for example, how many requests are generated by a given page.
