HTML 5: the W3C updated the MathML 3.0 standard
The W3C has published the third revision of the standard “MathML” for displaying mathematical notation on pages HTML5.
This third version of MathML provides a better representation of basic math symbols and the symbols of other languages. MathML 3.0 also supports the writing of annotations from right to left for Arabic and Hebrew in particular.
It also improves the accessibility of mathematical formulas to user agents (such as screen readers).
